1 1/4 cup warm milk
2 tsp. yeast
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup butter (softened)
1 tsp. salt
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup butter (melted)

Directions:
Directions:
Pour milk into large bowl, sprinkle yeast over surface. Rest 5 minutes. Beat in sugar, eggs, 1/4 cup melted butter, and salt. Blend. Gently stir in flour. cover bowl and set in warm place. Dough will rise in 1 hour or maybe longer. Punch down, cover, and let rise 1 more hour or until doubled in size. Punch down and make into two inch balls. Place the balls (touching each other) into a pan with sides. Let rise again for about 30 minutes. Bake at 400º for about 10 minutes.
