1 lb ground beef, browned and drained
½ cup green pepper, chopped
½ cup red pepper, chopped
½ cup onion, chopped
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can diced tomatoes
1 small can green chilies, diced
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
12 corn tortillas
Monterey Jack Cheese, finely shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef with peppers and onion, drain. Add beans, tomatoes, chilies, and seasonings. Mix well. Spray glass baking dish, cover bottom with part of the mixture. Place a layer of tortillas to cover the mixture, put more of the mixture over tortillas and then cheese. Repeat additional layers, ending with a generous amount of cheese. Bake uncovered for about 30 minutes in a 350° oven.
