1 ½ Tbsp. Kraft barbecue sauce
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 ½ lb. ground sirloin
6 Tbsp. all purpose flour
¾ tsp. salt
½ tsp. onion powder
¼ tsp. ground black pepper
dash garlic powder

Preheat oven 400ºF. Combine tomato sauce, barbecue sauce, and sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat. Heat until it begins to bubble, stirring often, then remove from heat. In a large bowl, add all but 2 Tbsp. of the sauce to the meat. Combine meat and sauce really well. Combine remaining ingredients with the meat, flour, salt, onion powder, and pepper. Load meat into pan. Wrap foil over pan and place in oven for 30 minutes. After 30 min., take loaf out of oven and drain fat. Using knife, slice loaf all the through, while still in pan and pour remaining 2 Tbsp. sauce over top down center. Place loaf back in oven, uncovered, 25-30 min. until done. Allow to cool a few minutes before serving.
