3 - 4 pound beef brisket
1 small bottle of ketchup
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 cup vinegar
1/8 Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Trim excess fat from brisket.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over brisket.

Bake for 2.5 hours covered.
Slice brisket and bake another 30 minutes, uncovered, to thicken gravy.
