1 pound raisins (ground)
2 cups sugar
1 cup lard
2 eggs
pinch of salt
1/2 cup thick sour milk
1 tsp soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp nutmeg
Flour enough to make a stiff dough

Directions:

Mix together. Add enough flour to make a stiff dough to roll out. Cut cookies and bake in floured pan.
