1 # freshly ground lean ground beef
1 can chicken gumbo soup (better with regular than light if you can find it)
1/4 cup French's mustard
1/2 cup catsup
Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef - drain if necessary
Add soup, mustard and catsup to beef and stir
Heat to near boiling; reduce to medium heat
(can be made early in the day and then reheated before serving)
Transfer to crock pot to keep warm
Serve over rice or on buns (fresh white hamburger buns are best)
