1lb dried linguine pasta
1tbsp olive oil
1tbsp diced shallots
1tbsp jalapeņo pepper (or whole pepper)
2 chopped chicken breasts
1/4c. chicken stock
3/4c. bbq sauce of choice
Asparagus
Salt/Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1) Cook pasta according to directions
2) While the pasta is cooking, heat the oil in the medium saute pan over medium heat. Add the green onion and jalapeņo pepper; saute for 2 minutes. Add the chicken and saute for 3-4 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
3) Add the drained cooked pasta, the stock and half of the BBQ sauce; simmer for 2 minutes then add the remaining BBQ sauce
Serve with grilled asparagus
GRILLED ASPARAGUS:
Lightly coat a grill pan with olive oil. Remove tough stems from one bunch. Cut the stalks into 1-2" pieces. Drizzle with 1 tbsp. olive oil; season with salt and pepper. Grill for 4-6 minutes or until asparagus is tender.
