2 medium-sized cucumbers
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
1 carton of grape or cherry tomatoes
8 tbsp (4 oz.) Nanano Seasoned Rice Vinegar with Roasted Garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Slice cucumbers into pieces 1/4 in. thick, then cut each piece into quarters. Chop the red onion into tiny pieces. Slice the tomatoes into halves. Combine cucumbers, red onion, tomatoes and seasoned rice vinegar in a medium bowl and toss until well mixed. Chill salad 30 min. before serving.
