1 cup real mayonnaise (homemade or Hellmann's)
6 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
2 (or more) tablespoons of cognac
1 medium onion, minced
1 garlic clove finely minced
Salt to taste
Generous amount of cayenne pepper (Remember it's called Hell Sauce)

Directions:

Mix all together. Season with pepper until it's HOT.
Allow to mellow overnight in refrigerator. Remove from frig. ½ hour before serving.
