1 - 15 oz can baby lima beans
1 - 15oz can English peas
1 10-12 oz can white shoepeg corn

Chop fine and add:
3 stalks celery
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. green bell pepper

Dressing Mix:
1/2 c. brown apple cider vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
3/4 c. sugar
1 t. salt
1 t. pepper

Mix dressing and add to veggie. Marinate for at least 24 hours before serving.

I got this recipe from my childhood friend Jan Roeglin Martin. You can use frozen, thawed, and drained veggies instead of canned.
