8 inch unbaked pie shell
1 1/2 lbs ripe tomatoes
pinch of salt
pepper
3 T. chopped basil
1 T parsley
1/2 c. fresh grated parmesan
3 T. black olives
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Slice tomatoes into the pie shell, sprinkle with olive oil, bake in 425 degree oven for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and add black olives, salt, pepper, basil, parsley, and parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with a little more olive oil. Put back in the oven for 20 more minutes.
