1 6-8 lb. brisket (large chunks of fat removed)
1/3 C. liquid smoke
1/3 C. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 C. Soy sauce
Montreal Steak Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Place brisket in a foil pan. Season with seasoning on each side. Pour liquid smoke, worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce over brisket. Cover with foil. Bake at 250º for 8-10 hrs. Let cool for 1 hr. and place in fridge. You may shred while warm or slice when cold.

I usually cook it overnight and put it in the fridge until we're ready for dinner.
