1/2 cup oil, shortening, butter or margarine
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup molasses
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 cup Namaste Foods Flour Blend
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tes baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 cup raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Lightly spray or grease 9X13 pan.
Cream together oil, butter or margarine and sugar. Add the egg and beat well. Add the molasses and water and beat well. Sift together the flour, salt, soda, cinnamon and clove. Add to molasses mixture, stir in raisins.
Pour in pan and bake for 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
