The Nannanator Mystery Cereal Muffin

Dry Ingredients
2 and 1/2 cup of left over cereal ( usually some multlygrain cereal )
such as Just Right Cereal, or Alpen mix.
1/2 cup of white or brown sugar
1/2 tsp of cinniman
1/2 tsp of cloves or alspice
1/4 tsp of salt (optional)
3 cups of flour
1/4 tsp of soda
3 tsp of baking powder

Wet Ingredients
2 cups of warm water
1 1/2 cup of cold water
1 egg
1/2 tsp of vanilla
1/4 cup of veg.oil, or marg.

Method
In a large bowel, pour the cereal, and warm water, let stand for about 5 mins..add all wet ingredients, stir, and fold in all dry ingredients.Add the extra cold water to desired thickness..
Makes about 12 jumbo, or 24 medium size muffins.
