* 1 cup prepared yellow mustard
* 1/2 cup rice vinegar
* 1/3 cup brown sugar
* 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
* 1 tablespoon lemon juice
* 1 teaspoon cayenne

This should come out a bit thin so you can continuously coat your protein without burning it to fast. I use it on chicken wings a lot, but its great for pork and fish, too.
