Ellen Fisher

2 3-oz. pkg. cream cheese
4 T. soft butter
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. cubed, cooked turkey
2 pkg. Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
8 T. melted butter
2/3 c. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing, crushed
1/2 c. chopped nuts

1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 c. butter (I use 1/2 c.)
1/2 c. grated cheese

Cream the cream cheese, butter, and pepper together. Add the turkey. Put about 1/4 c. turkey mixture in the center of each roll. Tack edges; pinch tight. Dip roll in melted butter, then in a mixture of stuffing and nuts. Place on cookie sheet ( ungreased) and bake at 375 for 20 min.

In the meantime, combine sauce ingredients. Heat and serve with rolls.
