2 cups cooked chick peas
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup tahini or 1 tablespoon sesame oil - optional
1/3 cup virgin olive oil
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon each paprika and ground cumin
Salt to taste

Combine all ingredients in food processor and process until smooth. Makes about 2 cups. For another taste, add a couple tablespoons of chipotle barbecue sauce.
