Coffee Cake Recipe

1 C butter
2 C brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1 C strong hot coffee
1 tsp vanilla
2 C flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 C milk chocolate chips

Combine the butter and sugar; add eggs and salt - beat well. Add coffee and vanilla alternately with the dry ingredients. Bake about 15 minutes on a greased cookie sheet.

Frosted Mocha Butter Icing:
1/4 C soft marg
2 C icing sugar
2 Tbsp cocoa
2 tsp vanilla
4 Tbsp cold strong coffee
Beat all ingredients together and ice the warm coffee cake.
