1 c sugar
1/2 c butter (soft)
4 eggs (beaten)
1 c flour
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
16 oz can chocolate syrup

Mix all ingredients in order. Pour into lightly greased 9X13 pan. Bake 350 for 30 minutes.
Mint layer: 2 c powdered sugar
1/2 c butter
4 tsp Creme De Menthe
Mix together, spread over completely cooled cake.
Glaze: 6 oz semi- sweet chocolate chips
6Tbs melted butter
Let it cool a bit and spread over Creme De Menthe layer. Chill
