1 unbaked pie crust 1.5 cup mozzarella cheese 5 Roma tomatoes 1 cup loosely chopped basil 4 cloves of garlic 1/2 cup mayo 1/4 cup Parmesan 1/8 tsp pepper
Bake crust halfway at 20 minutes. Sprinkle 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese on bottom. Cool. Dice tomatoes in next layer. Combine basil and garlic in food processor. Sprinkle on top. Combine mayo, Parmesan cheese and rest of mozzarella and pepper for topping. bake at 375º another 20-30 minutes until bubbly and light brown.
