Chicken Parmesan Recipe

1 c Bread Crumbs
2 Chicken Breast
2 Egg Whites
1/2 c Milk
1/2 c Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 c Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 c Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Olive Oil Cooking Spray
Spaghetti Sauce
Olive OIl Spray

Whisk egg whites and milk together in a bowl. Mix flour on a plate with salt and pepper. On a separate plate mix bread crumbs with 1/4 c Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder and paprika. Place chicken between Saran wrap and pound with meat mallet until 1/2" thick. Dip in flour, egg mixture, and bread crumbs. Spray both sides with olive oil spray and bake in 9x13 for 15 minutes at 400. Top with spaghetti sauce, mozzarella and remaining 1/4 c Parmesan cheese and return to oven for 10 minutes.
