8 oz. cream cheese, 8 oz cheddar cheese, 2 to 4 oz blue cheese, 1 dash tabasco, 2 or 3 drops yellow food coloring, 1 T grated onions, 1 T sugar, 1 t salt and 1/2 carton sour cream.

Blend all ingredients in blended. Shape into ball and roll in toasted pecans, parsley or paprika
