2 slabs of ribs

Cajun Seasoning

Salt

Ground Black Pepper

1 tsp. sugar

1 tsp pepper

Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Remove skin from the backside of the ribs and pat dry. Lightly dust with Cajun seasoning, salt and pepper. Set aside.

Mix in a small bowl: 2 T. Cajun seasoning, 1 tsp. sugar, and 1 tsp. pepper. Rub 1/2 of the mixture into top of each rack of ribs. Place face up in a 9 X 13 pan. Bake at 225º for 3 hours. Remove from oven and place on grill on low heat for about 15 minutes, flipping regularly. Baste with Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce on top. Cover for about 10 minutes. Remove from grill and serve.
