1 1/2 T. butter
1 1/2 T. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups whipping cream
2 T. sugar
3 cups whole kernal corn, frozen or canned

Melt butter, add flour and salt
slowly add whipping cream, stirring until thickened
add sugar and corn, over a medium heat
continue to stir until all is mixed and turn up the heat to medium high.

This is Jessica's favorite side dish that we have made for years for Thanksgiving. You can also add a little parmesan cheese on the top if you like. Hummm you'll love it and so will
your hips. enjoy.
