1 cup butter
2 cups honey
1/2 tsp cinnamon & 1/2 tsp nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter with honey. Stir in cinnamon and nutmeg. Store covered in the refrigerator.

To MAKE HOT RUM TODDY: Put 1 heaping tablespoon of batter into a mug. Add 1 to 1 1/2 ounces of dark or spiced rum. Fill cup with boiling water. Serve with a cinnamon stick.

Awesome on a cold day to warm your insides. Great for a sore throat.
I make this mix straight in the cup using 1 tbsp of honey and butter then spice to taste, but saw this mix in a recipe book and it would be nice to have it on hand ready to go.
