2 c. flour
1 c. melted butter
2 tbsp. sugar
6 egg yolks
1 cup whipping cream
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. flour
5 c. rhubarb (cut up)

Crust: 2 c. flour,1c.melted butter and sugar. Mix together and put into a 9x13 pan. Bake 10 min. at 350.
Beat yolks slightly and add cream and mix again.
Add remaining ingredient and pour over baked crust. Bake 30 to 40 minutes more.
Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. add 3/4 c. sugar and 1/4 tsp. cream tarter. beat until soft peaks form. Spread on top of cooled filling and bake until light brown.
