1 lb. nuts
2 1/2 6-oz. pkgs. chocolate chips
1 lb. marshmallows
1 lb. Hershey milk chocolate bar (shaved)
2 1/2 sticks butter
4 1/2 cups sugar
1 large can evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, combine nuts, chocolate chips, marshmallows and chocolate bar. Cook butter, sugar and evaporated milk at a rolling boil for 5 minutes (no longer). Pour syrup mixture over ingredients in bowl and stir until all is dissolved. Pour into buttered 9 x 13 pan. Let set overnight before cutting.
