step 1.
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts(cut into 1* 2" cubes}
1 1/2 cups of flour
2 eggs (beaten)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Orange Sauce:
1 1/2 cup water
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup (rice Vinegar)
2 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp orange zest
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp Ground ginger
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp red pepper flakes

3 Tbsp cornstarch
2 Tbsp water

combine flour, salt and pepper. in a medium size bowl.
In a separate bowl put in the Beaten eggs.
Dip chicken in the egg first then to the flour mixture to coat the chicken.
Using a Deep fryer at 375 cook the chicken until done around 6 Minutes.(move the chicken around in the deep fryer so they do not stick)

in a large saucepan combine the next 5 ingredients over medium heat for 3 minutes, then stir in the next 5 and bring to a boil. and turn to low.
Then mix the final two ingredients until the cornstarch is smooth with the water and add to the sauce until it thickens.
