1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup shortening
3/4 cup peanut butter
1/2 c brown sugar
2/3 cup white sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp, salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, shortening, peanut butter and sugars. Add eggs one at a time. Sift together dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Add vanilla. Bake at 375º 9 minutes for a small cookie scoop and 11 minutes for a large cookie scoop Optional: Before baking sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar or dip half of cookie in chocolate after cookies have cooled.
