3 eggs
1 cup Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1lg. can pumpkin
1 yellow cake mix
1 cup chopped nuts
3/4 cup butter
Cool Whip

Mix together eggs, milk,sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, salt, and pumpkin. Pour into a greased 9" x 13" pan. Sprinkle cake mix ( in dry condition) over top. Sprinkle nuts. Melt butter and pour all over the top. Bake for 1 hour at 350. Serve with Cool Whip.
