4 cups dried apples from your food storage
2 eggs
2 cups of sugar
2 tsp. of vanilla
3 cups of flour
1 tsp. of cinnamon
2 tsp. of baking soda
2/3 cup of vegetable oil

1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup margarine

Reconstitute the dried apples by putting 4 cups of dried apples in a bowl. Add enough warm water to cover the apples. Cover the bowl with a lid and let stand for 1 to 2 hours. Drain the liquid and then follow the recipe.
Mix Topping ingredients, by cutting in with a fork, until crumbly.
Beat eggs. Add sugar and vanilla and mix. Stir in flour, cinnamon and baking soda. Add oil and then
reconstituted apples. Mix well. Pour into a greased 9" x 13" pan. Sprinkle topping and bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes. Do not over bake!
