Marinade
• ½ cup bourbon
• ½ cup soy sauce
• 4 Tbsp brown sugar
• 3 whole pork tenderloins, trimmed well

Sauce
• 2/3 cup sour cream
• 2/3 cup mayonnaise
• 1 Tbsp dry mustard
• 1 Tbsp onion, grated
• ½ tsp vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine bourbon, soy sauce and brown sugar and marinate the pork overnight.
Remove meat from marinade and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1.5 hours, basting frequently with marinade.
Carve into thin diagonal slices and serve with sour cream sauce.
For the sauce, combine all ingredients and heat thoroughly.
