2 lbs. medium hamburger
1 large onion, diced
1 sleeve soda crackers, crushed
2 eggs
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients & pack into a well greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 for about 1 hour or until done. Remove from pan unto plate & drain excess fat.
