Ingredients:
Ingredients:
• 2 racks baby back ribs, each cut in half
• ¼ c. brown sugar
• 1 ½ Tbsp. paprika
• 1 Tbsp. kosher salt
• 1 ½ Tbsp. black pepper
• 1 tsp. garlic powder
• 1 tsp. onion powder
• ¼ - ½ tsp. cayenne red pepper
• 1 (18 ounce) bottle of your favorite barbecue sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. Tear off 4 pieces of aluminum foil big enough to enclose each portion of ribs. Spray each piece of foil with vegetable cooking spray.
2. Mix the brown sugar, paprika, kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne.
3. Remove the membrane on the back of the ribs by slitting with a knife, grip the membrane with a paper towel, and pull. It will rip right off.
4. Rub the spice mixture onto the ribs.
5. Place each portion of ribs in its own piece of foil. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for as long as you like to marinate.
6. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Place rib pouches on foil-lined baking sheet (to catch any drips). Bake ribs wrapped tightly in the foil at 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) for 2 1/2 hours. If you really want them to fall off the bone, turn off the oven and leave them in there for an additional hour, but be aware that they WILL fall apart!
7. Remove from foil and add more sauce, then broil for 15 minutes or until desired doneness.
