"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 slabs either spare ribs or baby back
Dry BBQ seasoning- Butt rub, Old Bay, etc

Directions:
Directions:
Rub ribs with dry seasoning. Grill for 5 min until brown on both sides. Wrap ribs with plastic wrap ( Saran Wrap) NO It WIll Not Melt!!! Then wrap with Foil. Bake at 300º for 1-2 hours. You can turn the temp down and cook longer. These really are the best. Sometimes I wrap them first and then put them on the grill but they are so fall apart it is hard to grill them after.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
More Rub does not mean better. Just sprinkle enough to give them flavor.
