1 1/2 c. cooked white or brown rice
1 egg slightly beaten
1 1/3 c. honey
1/3 c. raisins
1 1/4 c. milk or until rice is covered
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Bring to a boil, stir take cover off and let sit for one hour.
