crust:
16 double graham crackers, crushed
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
cinnamon to taste (or use cinnamon graham crackers)
cake:
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. sweet cream
1/4 c. all purpose flour
2 1/2 c. dry cottage cheese
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
To make the crust, combine the graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 c. sugar,butter, and cinnamon. Press into the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Reserve 1/2 c. of mixture for later. Beat the eggs and add sugar, sweet cream, and flour. Mix well. Add cottage cheese and vanilla. Pour over crust and sprinkle the remaining crumbs on top of the batter. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.

1 (20 oz.) can of drained pineapple may be added to batter.
