1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 squares unsweetened chocolate (4 oz.)
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil, melted chocolate, and sugar. Mix 1 egg at a time and add vanilla. Put flour and baking powder in. Put in fridge for several hours or overnight. Drop tsp. size mix into powdered sugar. Roll into a loose ball. Put on a greased baking sheet. Bake 10 - 12 minutes at 350º on middle rack.
