1 lb hamburger
1 small onion chopped
1 tsp sugar
2 8-oz cans tomato sauce
salt and pepper
1 8-oz egg noodles
1 cup sour cream
1 3-oz package cream cheese
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger, onion and add salt and pepper, sugar and tomato sauce. Cook 20 minutes. Cook noodles. Mix together sour cream and cream cheese. Put 1/3 of noodles in bottom of casserole dish, cover with 1/3 of meat sauce and 1/3 of sour cream mixture. Do this in three layers and top with cheddar cheese. Bake 20 minutes at 350.
