1 lb. ground venison
3/4 chopped onion, divided
3/4 chopped green pepper, divided
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 can (15oz.) chili without beans
1 bottle (12 oz.) chili sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
In a large skillet, over medium heat, cook the venison, 1/2 c. onion and 1/2 c. green pepper in oil, until the meat is no longer pink. Drain. Stir in Velveeta, chili, chili sauce, garlic salt, salt, and pepper. Cook and stir until the cheese is melted. Transfer to a serving dish. Sprinkle top with cheddar cheese and remaining onion and green pepper. Serve with chips.
