3 1/2 TBSP COCOA
2 CUPS SUGAR
4 EGGS
1 1/2 CUPS FLOUR
1/2 TSP BAKING POWDER
1 TSP VANILLA
1 1/2 CUPS COCONUT
1 1/2 CUPS CHOPPED PECANS
1 LG JAR MARSHMALLOW CREAM

ICING:
1 STICK OLEO
3 1/2 TBSP COCOA
1/3 CUP MILK
1 LB BOX POWDERED SUGAR
1 TSP VANILLA

Directions:
Directions:
MELT OLEO, ADD COCOA AND SUGAR. ADD EGGS, FLOUR AND VANILLA. MIX WELL. STIR IN COCONUT AND NUTS. BAKE AT 350º IN A 9X13 PAN FOR 30 MIN. REMOVE FROM OVEN AND SPREAD MARSHMALLOW CREAM ON TOP. COOL.
TO MAKE ICING: MELT OLEO, ADD COCOA AND MILK. BOIL ONE MINUTE. ADD POWDERED SUGAR AND VANILLA. BEAT UNTIL SMOOTH AND SPREAD OVER MARSHMALLOW CREAM.
