1 PKG CUBES STEAK (4 TO 6)
1 TSP SEASONING SALT
1/2 TSP LEMON PEPPER
1 CUP FLOUR
1/2 TSP GARLIC POWDER
2-4 PKGS MUSHROOM OR BROWN GRAVY MIX

COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT THE GRAVY MIX IN A ZIPLOC. ADD MEAT AND SHAKE TO COAT. BROWN MEAT IN OIL. REMOVE AND PLACE IN A CASSEROLE DISH. MIX GRAVY ACCORDING TO PKG DIRECTIONS. DO NOT COOK. POUR OVER MEAT( ENOUGH TO COVER MEAT) AND STICK INTO OVEN AT 350º FOR 1 HR. OR COOK IN A CROCKPOT ON LOW FOR 4-6 HRS.
