1 EGG WITH A SPLASH OF MILK, BEATEN
1 CUP BREAD CRUMBS
2 TBSP GRILL SEASONING
1/2 CUP PICANTE
1 CUP BBQ SAUCE
1 TBSP WORCESTERSHIRE

PREHEAT OVEN TO 400º. BRUSH MUFFIN TINS WITH OIL. MIX MEAT, EGG,CRUMBS AND SEASONING. IN A SEPARATE BOWL MIX TOGETHER BBQ SAUCE, PICANTE AND WORCESTERSHIRE. ADD HALF OF MIXTURE TO MEAT MIXTURE AND MIX WITH HANDS. SCOOP MIXTURE INTO MUFFIN TINS AND TOP WITH A SPOONFUL OF RESERVED BBQ SAUCE MIXTURE. BAKE 30 MINUTES.

ANOTHER RECIPE FROM ADAM. I LIKE IT A LOT. I USE GROUND CHUCK BECAUSE SIRLOIN IS EXPENSIVE. IT NEEDS TO BE A LEAN MEAT. IF YOU DON'T HAVE GRILL SEASONING, MAKE YOUR OWN BY MIXING 3 TSP EACH.. SALT, PEPPER AND GARLIC POWDER.
