THIS IS HOW I MAKE MY MEATLOAF:
2 LB GROUND CHUCK
2 EGGS
2 TBSP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
1/2 CUP CHOPPED ONION
1 TSP GARLIC P
1/2 OF A 15 OZ CAN TOMATO SAUCE
1 CUP OATS

TOPPING:
REMAINING HALF OF THE TOMATO SAUCE
2 TBSP BROWN SUGAR
2 TBSP CIDER VINEGAR
1/2 CUP WHITE SUGAR
2 TSP PREPARED MUSTARD
BRING TO A BOIL AND REMOVE FROM HEAT.

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350º. BAKE MEATLOAF, POURING OFF GREASE EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE, UNTIL DONE. ABOUT 40 MINUTES. TAKE OUT, CUT IN SLICES AND POUR SAUCE ALL OVER AND RETURN TO THE OVEN FOR ABOUT 15 MORE MINUTES.

I JUST THROW MY MEATLOAF TOGETHER SO I JUST GUESSED AT THE AMOUNTS. YOU MAY WANT TO DO SOME ADJUSTING. THE TOPPING IS WHAT MAKES IT UNIQUE. EVEN FOLKS THAT DON'T LIKE MEATLOAF, LIKE THIS ONE.
