1GERMAN CHOCOLATE CAKE MIX
2-8OZ PKGS SOFTENED CREAM CHEESE
1 STICK OLEO, SOFTENED
2 TUBES SALTED PEANUTS
1 CUP COCONUT
1 LB POWDERED SUGAR

Directions:
GREASE OR SPRAY A 9X13 PAN. SPRINKLE COCONUT AND PEANUTS IN BOTTOM OF PAN. MIX CAKE MIX ACCORDING TO DIRECTIONS AND POUR OVER PEANUTS AND COCONUT. WHIP OLEO AND CREAM CHEESE. SLOWLY ADD POWDERED SUGAR. WHIP TO CONSISTENCY OF CONDENSED MILK. POUR OVER TOP OF BATTER. BAKE AT TIME AND TEMPERATURE ON CAKE MIX BOX PLUS 15 MINUTES. CAKE WILL CRACK ON TOP.
