3 Tbsps. Butter
1 Tbsp. Oil
1-3 Lbs. Sirloin Steak, Cut Into Small Cubes
1-1/2 Cups Beef Broth
2 Tbsps. Soy Sauce
1 Clove Garlic, Minced (Or 1/2 Tsp. Minced)
1/2 Onion, Grated (Or 1/2 Tsp. Minced)
3 Tbsps. Cornstarch
1/2 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
Salt and Pepper, Optional
Cooked Noodles or Rice
1/3 Cup Beef Broth

Heat butter and oil in skillet and brown onion, garlic and beef till brown. Stir into the skillet the beef broth, mushroom soup, and soy sauce. Heat thoroughly. Blend cornstarch with 1/3 cup beef broth. Add to skillet, stirring constantly and cook until mixture thickens. Pour into casserole. Cover and cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. You may want to salt and pepper the meat while it's cooking as needed. Serve with noodles or rice.
