4 TBSP OLEO
4 TBSP SHORTENING
1/2 TSP SALT
1/4 CUP COLD MILK

BLEND FLOUR WITH SHORTENING AND OLEO WITH A PASTRY CUTTER OR TWO KNIVES ( GET YOURSELF A PASTRY CUTTER IF YOU DON'T HAVE ONE). STIR IN MILK AND ROLL OUT ON A FLOURED PASTRY CLOTH OR CABINET TOP. MAKES 1 PIE CRUST.

THIS WAS GIVEN TO ME BY MY NEIGHBOR, MILLIE, WHEN I LIVED IN ARKANSAS AND IT'S THE ONLY CRUST THAT I HAVE EVER BEEN ABLE TO MAKE AND EAT! YOU CAN'T MESS THIS UP. NOW DAYS I USE REFRIGERATED CRUSTS. NOT FROZEN, THE REFRIGERATED KIND IN A BOX.
