1 TSP SEASONING SALT
1 PKG TACO SEASONING
1 CAN DICED TOMATOES, UNDRAINED
1-15 OZ CAN TOMATO SAUCE
1-4OZ CAN GREEN CHILIES
16 OZ COTTAGE CHEESE
2 EGGS, LIGHTLY BEATEN
12 CORN TORTILLAS, TORN INTO PIECES
4 CUPS MONTEREY JACK CHEESE

BROWN MEAT AND DRAIN. ADD THE SEASONING SALT, TACO SEASONING, TOMATOES, TOMATO SAUCE AND CHILIES. REDUCE HEAT AND SIMMER, UNCOVERED FOR 15-20 MINUTES. IN A SMALL BOWL, COMBINE COTTAGE CHEESE AND EGGS. IN A SPRAYED 9X13 PAN, LAYER HALF THE MEAT SAUCE ,HALF THE TORTILLAS, HALF THE COTTAGE CHEESE MIXTURE AND HALF THE MONTEREY JACK CHEESE. REPEAT LAYERS. BAKE, UNCOVERED, AT 350º FOR 30 MINUTES OR UNTIL BUBBLY. LET STAND 10 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING.
