In a small bowl, stir yeast in warm water to dissolve. In a large bowl, combine flour, olive oil, salt, and the yeast mixture; stir well to combine. Turn dough out and knead for several minutes. Return dough to the bowl and cover with a damp cloth. Set bowl in warm water in the sink for 30- 45 minutes or until dough has doubled in volume. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 400 degrees. Turn dough out onto a well floured surface. Form dough into a round circle and roll out into a pizza crust shape. Cover with your favorite sauce and toppings and bake in preheated oven until golden brown, about 20 minutes.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Did you know? 'Clyde' (aka Jack Kessick) won Kimberly and Kelley Allison's hearts over, with his award winning pizzas? When Karen (aka Sue) and Jack lived in Charlotte, North Carolina, after they were first married, Kimberly and Kelley would visit and have 'pizza night,' with the Kessicks. They have wonderful memories making their own personalized pizzas with Sue and Jack. For Kelley, in particular, after tasting Jack's amazing pizza crust, he went from 'Yuck,' to 'mostly tolerable.' As a matter of fact, he became so loved over the years, that Kelley asked him to escort her down the wedding aisle, since her father had passed away. Amazing what a pizza crust can do!
