2 T brown sugar
2 T soy sauce
2 T dry sherry
1 T hoisin sauce
1 lb boneless pork cut into bite size pieces
Dressing:
¼ c oil
2 T sugar
1 t soy sauce
½ t ginger
Dash hot sauce
Salad:
6 oz vermicelli pasta
1 c snow pea pods
1 c carrots, julienned
8 oz sliced water chestnuts
¼ c sliced green onions
2 T toasted sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients; cover and add pork. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Combine all dressing ingredients and set aside. Cook pasta according to directions; adding peas and carrots during the last minute of cooking. Drain and rinse with cold water. In a large bowl combine pasta mixture, water chestnuts and onion. Pour dressing ingredients and toss to coat. In a skillet cook pork until no longer pink; add to salad and combine. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate to chill. Just before serving sprinkle with sesame seeds.
